  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping 3-15 business days within the AUS. Expedited options available at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to carrier.
  • Lost/Damaged Shipments: Contact us within 7 days at secondchanceclothingbrand@outlook.com with order number and photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Returns: Unworn items with tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact support@secondchanceclothing.net within 30 days
    2. Receive return label (you pay return shipping unless defective)
    3. Refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Non-Returnable: Underwear, hygiene items, final sale products (clearly marked).
  • Defective Items: Full refund/replacement including return shipping.

6. Limited Warranty

Our products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
